Service Process

Our electrical panel repair & replacement process:

  1. We’ll book your visit and send you appointment reminders. Elliot Services is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And in many cases, we can have your appointment booked on the same day you call. Simply give us a call any time to schedule your appointment, or contact us online. You’ll receive a courtesy reminder call on the day of your service visit as well as 24/7 assistance by phone when you need us.
  2. We’ll perform a panel diagnostic. Elliot Services offers one of the most comprehensive diagnostic visits in Kentucky. For repairs, we’ll identify the issue behind the problem and provide a fixed-price quote for the work. If you’re considering a replacement or upgrade, we can help you find a new panel with enough power to do everything you need.
  3. We complete your panel repair or replacement. After you’ve signed off on the work, we’ll get started on your repair or replacement. Most panel service takes less than a day to complete. But certain larger commercial jobs can take a few days. Once we’ve completed the job, we’ll test everything and make sure you are 100% satisfied with our work.
