Elliot Services Completes Work on Coldstream Research Campus

Lexington, KY – Elliot Services, a division of Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc., recently completed their work on The CoRE at the University of Kentucky’s Coldstream Research Campus.

According to the website for the Coldstream Research Campus,

“…the CoRE, offers office, laboratory space, and services to accelerate the growth of high-tech businesses in a multi-tenant/shared-use facility. The CoRE, located on the 735-acre research campus, offers access to walking/biking trails, outdoor seating, and scenic views.”

Elliot Services completed the electrical work, data, and lighting throughout the brand new building, including some stunning lighting fixtures in the entrance to the complex, as well as a large generator to support the building in the event of a power outage. Additionally, they had the opportunity to provide electrical support for the laboratory areas of the building which presented a unique opportunity for the team. “The building is not your basic office space,” said General Foreman Barry Bryant, “There are overhead lab carriers, special equipment, and impressive and unique office and collaboration spaces throughout.”

Brandon Brake served as the project manager alongside many other Elliot Services employees including Barry Bryant, Chase Hickey, Rocco Van Berge, Matt Spencer, Cody Murphy, and Braden Grejtak. Jack Romans and Allan Noort handled the data installation portion of the project.
